I'm a student, unionist and also an entrepreneur (brain behind SlayWithDorkiss).

What's it all about?
I sell goods and help pre- order at affordable prices (bags,sneakers,shoes,gown etc).
Presently,we're on break due to COVID-19.
At the mention of COVOD-19!
What's your view on this so called virus?
Well ,I have nothing much to say on it. Some would say it's real and others would say it is not.
End time is near, all these are part of things stated in the book of Revelation if I'm not wrong.
One thing is certain and that is "God would surely deliver his people from noisome pestilence" (Psalm 24 or 27) ,sorry I'm not too good at referencing.
Ok..
Looking at the way most people these days are into selling of wears like you do, have you ever felt like quitting the business?
Discouragement would come even from your friends. Two of my friends had even patronized and advertised for someone else but I decided never to give up so far nothing good comes easily.
Back to ur question, I'll answer with many are called but few are chosen but I'll rephrase "Many are into the business but few are hitting it". It depends on your strategies and your zeal.

Unionism and Politics!
What do you see these two as?
Hmmm...
Unionism gives an insight of what politics is. The grassroot of Politics is unionism. The only difference is unionism isn't for selfish interest when selfish interest is put into consideration then it becomes Politics. My view tho..

Youths are the leaders of tomorrow! Something we've always heard but do you think youths would do any better than the elder ones in power when they get there?
Leadership starts from now. With God by our side,I believe we CAN.
Ain't condemning the ones in power tho but every successor would see at least a fault in his predecessor to work on.

Let's remain focused and determined. Nothing good comes easily, do not give up! There are better days ahead of us.

Good Evening sir. This is Personality Friday With Mimi. Can we meet you?
My name is Adeniyi Segun Alexandra.
A 400level student of English and Literary studies, Tai Solarin University of Education. A writer, Activist and a public speaker.
What inspires you to write?
Let's take it first from my day to day experiences. There is always a reason to understand the relationship between my experiences and my philosophical reasoning about them.
My inspiration boils down to a triggering factor which does not come from human but from the "insane" philosophy I have always had about life and its dramatic treaties.

"Life and it's dramatic treaties!" Can you tell us more?
Well, I have always viewed life like an audience in a theatre and watched the performances acted on stage. There, I could denote humans as the characters and life as the stage while several scenes rolls on.
Those scenes are undoubtedly the day to day experiences of what life offers humans.
That's deep!
Exactly.. that's how deep my thoughts gets..
As an activist, what would be your reaction if your relative does something contrary to what you fight against?
Hmmm.. That's really a deep question!
Well, the greatest sacrifice of a leader is to be less emotional.
First and foremost, relationships are highly respected and really appreciated but there is a difference between emotion and leadership.
If I am to exhibit the greatest trait of leadership to an extent, I will be so disheartened at a relative of mine who finds pleasure in what I preach against!

Have you ever experienced a challenge as a public speaker?
Wow! Definitely.. The greatest challenge of a public speaker is to get the attention of the audience to the greater extent of realizing whatever you say as being inspiring.
Challenges are specially created for those that ventures into realistic missions.
Who is that one person you look up to and why?
I do not need to lie about things. That's one thing that needs to be understood about public speakers.
I look up to my dreams but I learn from models who have achieved it so I can achieve better.
Looking up to someone isn't a crime but learning from such person is better.
Okay..
So, what do you have to say to other youths out there?
Well, there is nothing I have to say that seems new to them but the difference is just how I say it. So many youths have lost the certainty of their future to one thing; Failure. This I have made mention of isn't just gonna happen anyway, the fear of standing solidly to achieve their aims is the object that hides under this umbrella.
Until youths realize the need to exercise their strength in success rather than failure, they will be able to gather courage rather than fear.

Good Evening ma. This is Personality Friday With Mimi. Can we meet you?
I'm Ojekunle Oluwatomisin Elizabeth.
I write ,I speak and I sing all for the purpose of making impact.
The word "impact", how best can you describe it?
Impact is influence.
Affecting lives positively, igniting the fire in others with what you do.
I'm so passionate about personal development and I hate seeing a beautiful lady or an handsome young man living a purposeless life. So, I sat myself down one day and thought of it and the only thing that came to my mind was 'Impact lives with what you've got' and that's exactly what I do and will still continue to do.
Uhmmm.. That's cool!
As we know depression is that one thing common among youths, how best do you think we can curb it?
With the rate of depression in this dispensation, I think the only way to manage depression is to fill yourself with positive thinking.
No one is above depression, it can happen to anyone.
I remember when I lost one of the greatest things I cherished, I cried and I lost concentration. I was depressed and that depressed state I was almost made me commit suicide but while I was thinking of it, my mind was against it. I thought of every good things I've achieved and I thought of what I'll still achieve and then I erased the thought though it wasn't easy.
Another way to manage depression is to surround yourself with people of Value: This also matters and even if you have a positive mindset and lack this, I can't guarantee you to break free.
Move with great minds that will help reshape you when you're down, people who will assist you when you are in need.
Other things are involved but if these two are in you,others will follow suit.

Shyness is like a veil that covers gold. What do you think can be of help to shy people ?
I was once a shy person but my purpose removed the veil.
One thing shyness do is to deprive you of getting what you want.
It's just like a lecturer asking question and you know the answer but you are scared of what people would say or if you make mistake.
Why not go ahead and remove fear?
Shy people are always afraid of something so the only way out of shyness is to remove the fear in them.
Care less! In fact, don't care about people's reaction or sayings.
Go ahead to do what you are scared to do.
What do you have to say to other youths out there?
For every youth out there, you are special, you're unique, you're in no competition with anyone.
You are the best version of yourself, no one can ever be like you.
You have your uniqueness, find what it is and live it to the fullest.
If you die today,what is the legacy you'll live behind?
We will only be remembered by what we've done, you have just a life,do make it count by living it in the area of your purpose.
